| Disaterous Dixons!!! | I purchased this machine on the 11th of November(2007) It was faulty from the off, following the so called professional installers, (which I paid an extra £30 for), bashing the machine about during delivery. The noise was unbearable! and living in an upstairs apartment I was worried my neighbours would object. I contacted Currys first off as that was the phone number I had been given for after sales from Dixons. Finally at the end of December I was given a number for Dixons from Currys. Eventually an engineer appeared at the beginning of February, and wrote the machine off. I am still waiting for Dixons to come and collect the machine for which they have promised a full refund but not till they have their machine back. (they are not in any hurry!) Oh, also during this time I have changed bank accounts and Dixons were reluctant to give me any refund to begin with but have now promised me a check. (We'll see?)
Avoid this company at all costs. Their after sales stinks, and their other so called trained, professional staff are a complete farce. | Written on 18 March 2008 |   |
